Guild Rules & Policies

Authenticator
All raiders are required to have an authenticator. Do not bother applying to the guild if you do not have one.


Required Add-ons and Apps
These are add-ons that we require all raiders to have, the best alternatives are listed as well.  There are no exceptions.

A Boss Encounter addon such as these 

A Threat addon of some sort

A Healer addon for debuffs/curses/ease of use

We use Mumble for our Voice Client, you are required to

  • Download Mumble - http://mumble.sourceforge.net
  • Have a working Microphone
  • Have a working set of Headphones
  • Be able to communicate during raids *IMPORTANT*


Raid Days & Times
Raid times will run from 10:30 pm until 2:30am server time. We ask raid members to be inside the raid instance and ready to pull by 10:30pm.

Raid days will be 3 days a week from Sunday to Thursday. Raids will be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to give members ample notice.


Raid Loot Distribution
Raid loot will be handed out based upon a loot council which is handled by the Officers.

Raid loot will be distributed based upon several factors, some of which include attendance, performance, and how big/small of an upgrade it is for a raider.


Raiders on Standby
There will be and has come times when there are more then 10 people online for a raid thus creating a situation where some raiders will have to be put on standby. The factors that determine which players are put on standby in order of priority include:

  • Raid Performance
  • Raid composition for boss fights 
  • Being on time for raids and ready to go 
  • Your guild rank


Please note that for progression fights we will choose the people who are best suited to help the raid for that particular fight.

We understand that no one likes to sit out while they are online but please understand that we are trying to do what’s best for the guild.

If you are not ready to go when called upon you will be removed from the raid for the night. There will be no "hold on, I'm almost done with this battleground, dungeon, etc."


Disclaimer
While these rules attempt to satisfy the needs of the guild, a scenario could arise wherein these rules do not apply. If such a scenario occurs the officers and guild leader shall arbitrate the situation. These decisions shall be final and will be bound to all guild members.

By a guild members participation in the guild, he or she acknowledges and accepts these rules, terms, and agreements.
